Toughened Translucent U Channel Glass Profile

Tempered & Translucent U Shaped Glass are sandblasted, frosted, or patterned (line, pear, etc.) and then undergo professional tempering processing. This three-dimensional channel glass is constructed in custom tempering ovens to ensure dimensional consistency.

Tempered channel glass is annealed glass that has undergone a second heat treatment to strengthen the glass and raise the compression to 10,000 psi or greater. It is three to five times stronger than annealed channel glass and is recognized by its safe "dicing" break pattern, which reduces the likelihood of injury.
