Smart glass, also named Privacy Glass or Switchable Transparent Glass (STG), is a state-of-the-art laminated glass featuring a PDLC film interlayer between two sheets of glass.

It is an intelligent high-function glass that changes between clear and opaque through voltage control. When privacy is required, the power is switched off, scattering the liquid crystals into a random formation that prevents vision through the glass.

Material (PDLC Film): Two-layer PET-ITO conducting film + Middle inside (LCD) Liquid Crystal Membrane.
